Leadership Class Group Task

My leadership class at Parish Episcopal School was assigned a task to find out whether our school has a trash problem. After looking through the campus, taking pictures, and taking surveys from students and teachers, my group decided there was an issue that needed to be corrected. Some of the concepts that are group has used are credibility, leading and following, and emotional intellgience. Credibility has been a major key to our groups success because all people in our group had to do work to finish this project. If someone in our group was not credible, then this project would have never been close to finished by the due date. Leading and follow was another major part because even though this uis a leadership class, not everyone could lead. We choose the best man for the job who would keep us on task and everyone else followed what he thought was best for the group. Lastly emotional intelligence was important because with all the turns this project has taken, everyone has had to keep a cool head for this project to stay on track. Even though we have had mix ups, snow days, and other things that have messed up our projects, we have kept cool heads which has helped us achieve our goal.
